Following the assassination of Iran’s senior nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, the international and Arab community are awaiting Tehran’s response, wondering how it will retaliate. Iraqi experts believe that Iran won’t respond blatantly, but it will mobilize its affiliates in Iraq and strike the green zone or diplomats’ residences. They also indicated that Iran won’t respond until Joe Biden assumes office in January 2021, hoping it will cut a deal on the nuclear-stalled issue
