The influx of a number of new displaced to Debka camp in Makhmour of Southeast Mosul in Iraq especially after Iraqi security forces liberated more villages in the region came under the claims to governmental and international organizations for support and relief for the new displaced to create extra camps for them.

Alfallujah liberation battle started on the 23rd of May, 2016, with the participation of Iraqi army forces and police, the popular and tribal groups and Alanbar police and these forces were able to control the center of Fallujah but ISIS is still present in the northern regions which is 50 km west of Baghdad.
