Iraq – Experts: The Recent Changes Are Reality to Consecrate the Quotas That Prevailed in Previous Political Process.

The administrative and leadership changes made by the government of Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi were a source of concern and fear for some political blocs. Administrative changes have removed some administrative leaders loyal to the parties for years and ended the power of a number of parties over many important and influential institutions in the political, security and economic decision in the country. Experts pointed out that the changes occurred in the recent period were a reality to consecrate the sectarian quotas that prevailed in the previous political process and were a major cause of the deterioration of the country’s conditions.
