With the support of the Consulate General of The State of Kuwait in Erbil, the General Secretariat of Endowments, in cooperation with the Barzani Charitable Foundation, has implemented a charitable project to slaughter sacrifices and distribute them to displaced persons and refugees in camps in the Kurdistan Region.
