Yemen – Aden Cashiers close their shop doors in protest against Central Bank’s actions

Money exchange offices closed their doors in a comprehensive strike for all shops due to the actions of the Central Bank in the temporary capital, Aden, southern Yemen.The Money Exchange Association in Aden indicated that the closure of the shops came due to the Central Bank’s procedures of storming the exchange shops, after accusing it of speculating in the local currency and causing the decline of the national economy, describing these measures as arbitrary.
