The contours of Iranian interference in Iraq’s internal and foreign affairs remain evident through the formulation and implementation of Iranian policy in Iraq, where researchers have pointed out that Iran cannot be isolated from the strategic agreement between Iraq and the United States, due to the clash in the relationship between Iran and Iraq, researchers also pointed out that Iran can impose its opinion and interfere in the strategic agreement through its mediators and factions and parties that are loyal to it and who represent Iraqi policy and follow Iranian policy.
