Iraq – Experts: The new ISIS leader was in charge of a security apparatus with high qualifications

Hassan Abu Haniyeh, an expert on armed groups affairs, confirmed that the United States of America may increase the reward it has set for anyone who gives information about the whereabouts of the new leader of ISIS, Abdullah Qardash, alias “Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi Al-Qurashi”, to reach 25 million dollars, more than the amount offered for for Bin Laden and Al-Baghdadi, since the new leader of the organization is a qualified man and was responsible for a security apparatus and legitimate systems in the Shura Council  and has long experience in security with Abu Ali al-Turkmani, therefore has great qualifications and may outperform Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, analysts pointed out that the role of the Iraqi government is still a very shy and weak role, and the statements of political officials are just an analysis and a description of the situation, not in order to decide, act or move.
