Iraq – Reducing curfew restrictions and citizens ’compliance with safety measures

In the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, citizens flock to the markets to purchase basic necessities and food during the holy month of Ramadan, and after loosening the curfew restrictions imposed to curb the spread of the Coronavirus in the country, the crisis Cell allowed the “High Committee for Health and National Safety” for shops to reopen their doors for specific hours, citizens also adhere to the procedures to prohibit roaming and leaving only at the times allowed for them, while applying all health measures followed by the Iraqi Ministry of Health and the crisis cell regarding preventing the transmission of corona infection between citizens.
