Yemen – Southern Transitional: We will work to address government failure in the south

After the announcement of the Southern Transitional Council, at dawn on Sunday, it imposed control over government facilities in the governorate of Aden, in southern Yemen, and a declaration of self-management across the southern governorates, Nizar Haitham, spokesperson for the council, confirmed that this decision came after the government’s failure to implement its promises to provide services to citizens, indicating that the next step for the council will be to end all challenges that were facing Aden citizens during the last stage and to develop an integrated economic plan that will be presented to the public opinion soon.
