Economists have explained that oil prices will not stabilize until the end of next September, and these months will witness a significant decrease in oil demand, It is expected to drop to 75 million barrels, after it was 100 million barrels, due to the stopping of the movement of land, air and maritime transport that drains 70% of the energy consumption in the world, especially after the outbreak of the Corona virus in the countries of the world, which needs a period to recover and re-operate its factories again, experts added that Iraq is part of the international system, and therefore the Iraqi state is obligated to submit to the institutional system and deal with all interactions and take into account what is appropriate for internal economic conditions.
