Yemen – The slow implementation of Riyadh agreement increases the likelihood of an outburst
Aden – Yemen 19/02/2020
Yemeni observers said that the Riyadh agreement signed between the Transitional Council and the legitimate government on November the 5th is still slow despite the expiry of the deadline for the implementation of all its provisions, pointing out that the tense situation militarily between the parties of the agreement increases the likelihood of an explosion of the situation unless procedural steps are done that are related to the most important provisions of the agreement, such as the first item of the military annex and the appointment of a governor and security director for Aden.
