Iraq- After al-Sink Bridge was opened … protesters affirmed peaceful protests continuation

The Iraqi security forces reopened the Al-Sink Bridge that leads to Al-Tahrir Square, in the center of Baghdad, where the forces began from dawn to lift concrete blocks and concrete barriers from the bridge, and the region witnessed a heavy security deployment and the return of car traffic to it, protesters also tried to prevent the security forces from reopening the Al-Sink Bridge, stressing the continuation of peaceful protests and remaining in the protest arenas until their demands are fulfilled, protesters also vowed to escalate and cut off roads and streets in the capital, Baghdad, noting that the majority of the victims of the protests in Baghdad were killed near Al-Sink Bridge.
