Jordan: Bold screening of the documentary “If you mean to kill me”
The Royal Film Commission in the Jordanian capital Amman displayed a long documentary entitled (if you mean to kill me) for the director “Wedad Shafagoj” in the Authority’s headquarters in Jebel Amman. And the film revolves around humanitarian stories of three women administratively arrested to maintain their safety from honor killings, and the film traces their stories that led to their entry into prison, and highlights the points that changed the destinies of their dreams and of lifelong ambitions.

If you mean to kill me call on the development of some of the laws relating to women as some of the women entering prison are innocent by virtue of the difficult social conditions and they left carrying motivated crime after those years of deprivation and the reluctance of society to them.
