Citizens and Iraqi traders believe that the main reason for the lack of Iraqi products in the market is the loss of the geographical areas where these products are grown as a result of ISIS control on these areas, while others argue that the internal conflicts in Baghdad, affecting primarily the farmer the matter exploited by foreign source with great ease.

It is noteworthy that Baghdad witnessed internal unrest that impacted directly on all political, economic and private sectors.
