Iraq – Disagreement over the reasons behind Barham Saleh’s refusal to appoint a PM with a partisan background

Politicians praised the attitude of the President of Iraq, Barham Saleh, for refusing to appoint a prime minister nominated by political and partisan blocs who is not accepted by the masses, while some pointed out that this attitude of the Iraqi President followed American demands and not at the will of the Iraqi street.
