he official spokesman for the 4th Military Region of the Yemeni Army, Mohammed al-Naqib, said that the financial reward offered by the U.S. State Department worth $15 million to those who give them information about Iranian expert Abdul Reda Shahlai who is in Yemen, confirms what the Yemeni army had talked about reports and documents on the presence of Iranian experts working for the Houthis in Yemen and them being supplied with weapons.
