The province of Dhi Qar in southern Iraq is witnessing peaceful demonstrations amid relative tranquility after some intense bloody days in which dozens of people were killed and injured, following the receipt of order by Major General Jabbar al-Taie to manage the security file in the province after the dissolution of the crisis cell led by General Jamil al-Shammari, who was issued an arrest in accordance with the wishes of the Tribes of Dhi Qar, who protected the demonstrators from the security forces, al-Taie confirmed in a press statement that the operational command will be the protector of the demonstrations in the province
