Jordan – A vigil for people with disabilities near the Prime Ministry

In conjunction with International Day of Disabled Persons, dozens of disabled people held a vigil near the Prime Ministry in Amman, Jordan, to demand a review of the laws on their customs exemptions and to provide transportation that meets their needs, the vigil also aims to shed direct light on the suffering of people with disabilities, who make up 11.2% of the 9 million population, according to the Department of Public Statistics.
