Iraq- The painting brush and colors show another face of the Iraqi demonstrations

Apart from the demonstrators’ chants and demands, Iraqi demonstrations have another peaceful face, as a number of artists chose to use a painting brush to express their anger about the political and economic situation in their country.The painters, who spread among the demonstrators, said that they were trying to document the scene of the demonstrations, clashes and other issues through paintings and murals, to create a lasting memory of this popular outburst against corruption and poverty in Iraq.
