Iraq – The operation “Will of Victory” against ISIS remnants continues in northern Iraq 

To complete the clearance of ISIS remnants in the provinces of Salah al-Din, Ninawa and Anbar in northern Iraq to the International Iraqi-Syrian border, the second phase of the operation “Will of Victory” has begun with the aim of strengthening security and stability in these areas and preventing ISIS remnants from infiltrating into Iraq.
