Yemen – Yemeni government launches hajj pilgrimage through al-Wadiah port

The Yemeni government has launched the process of inaugurating pilgrims of The House of God through the al-Wadiah port in Hadramaut governorate in eastern Yemen, the director general of the Office of Endowments and Guidance in the Valley and Desert of Hadramaut, Murad Sobeih, said that more than 500 Yemeni pilgrims have entered the Saudi territory so far out of the total number of pilgrims this year which is about 25,000, adding that volunteer teams have begun to provide services to pilgrims by equipping air-conditioned tents, drinking water, snacks, medical clinics and mobile bathrooms.
