“Mekhbaza” is one of the most popular dishes in Aden Governorate in southern Yemen, where visitors come from inside and outside Yemen to taste this unique food. The Mekhbaza consists of Yemeni bread, grilled fish, date mousse, banana and cheese mash, and fenugreek.
