Iraq – Launching Erbil Reading Fair

The 2nd Erbil Reading Fair was launched, a concept by a group of youth and volunteers from all over Iraq. The fair aims to raise cultural awareness of youth and increase the number of readers in Iraq. Over 5000 books were distributed among the audience who were given some time to flip through them and chose what they liked. The organizers look forward to expanding the fair across the International Arab platform and holding it annually.
