Iraq – Analysts: Pompeo’s remarks authorize Israel to strike Iran

Political and security analysts believe that US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s recent statements on names he handed over to Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, including key leaders of Iraqi armed factions, carried a message that gives Israel permission to strike Iran in case Iran does not withdraw its forces or the factions it supports in several parts of Syria.
