Iraq – Baghdad streets adorned with New Year decorations

The streets of the Iraqi capital Baghdad are adorned with Christmas trees and decorations in celebration of the New Year. The citizens wished that the New Year would bring security and peace to the country, and that Iraq and its people of all spectrums and denominations would remain safe and be protected.
