Iraq – Abdul-Mahdi’s government faces early crises and challenges

Political analysts had indicated that the government of Prime Minister Abdul Mahdi faces many problems in obtaining approvals for the remaining ministers due to the conflict between parties and mass political components along with the demands of Basra people of eliminating the accumulated financial and administrative corruption through cooperation between executive, legislation and judicial authorities in setting up a whole anti-corruption systems and procedures.
