Iraq – Continued consultations between the leaders of political blocs to form the largest parliamentary bloc

The meetings and consultations continues between the leaders of blocs and political parties in Iraq to reach a final formula for the formation of the largest parliamentary bloc, this comes before the parliament’s first meeting scheduled for the 3rd of September, and political analysts believe that all political forces must resolve all outstanding issues to build the three sovereign institutions and reach a political understandings, pointing to the existence of two parties competing to win and that the largest bloc that will choose the candidate to form the next government and draw the next political map.
