Yemen – Malnutrition spreads among children in Taiz

The fragile economic situation and the war in Taiz governorate, which affected the health centers, are among the most prominent causes of the spread of malnutrition among the children of the province, which is mostly acute and severe. Al-Muzaffar hospital receives many newly infected cases every day to provide them with the appropriate treatment in light of the lack of possibilities that hinder the functioning of the hospital. The hospital’s director, Fahd Mahmoud, asked the concerned official authorities and the organizations working in Taiz to provide them with support by offering medical supplies and laboratory solutions
