After a disruption of about four years, the Passport Department returned to provide the service of issuing passports to citizens in the city of Mosul, after being deprived of that following the organization’s control over the city in June 2014, where the building of the department has been reopened after being rehabilitated and it began to receive visitors who need to issue their passports. The people of Mosul praised the smooth process of issuing passport, considering it a qualitative shift, as the most important service institutions is back in service in Mosul.”
