Jordan – Jordanian monarch receives Iraqi PM on his first official visit after his appointment

Jordan’s King Abdullah II, accompanied by Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah, met today, Monday, with the Iraqi Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, upon his arrival at Marka Military Airport in Amman on a visit to the Kingdom of Jordan.
It is the first official foreign visit of the Iraqi Prime Minister after taking office.
The Jordanian king and the Iraqi prime minister held talks on security, economic and oil affairs.
Al-Sudani was accompanied by a delegation that included Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein, Director of the Prime Minister’s Office, Ihsan Al-Awadi, and the Governor of Anbar, Ali Al-Dulaimi.
