Iraq – About 10 Million Students Back To Schools Amid Health Precautions
Today, new academic year has begun in Iraq, and according to official numbers, more than 10 million students have resumed face to face learning after more than a year of remote learning because of COVID pandemic. On the other hand, Al Hariri Elementary School Principal has confirmed that her school is one of the schools that resumed their academic role amid preventive health procedures for the academic staff and students represented in social distance, wearing masks and weekly PCR to avoid the spread of COVID. Some academic specialists and parents pointed out that face to face learning is much better than remote learning since it has a positive impact on students’ academic achievement and their daily lifestyle.
