Iraq – The Iraqi platform head by “Iyad Allawi” insists on boycotting the elections

According to the deputy head of the Iraqi platform, Judge Wael Abdel Latif, the “platform” headed by “Iyad Allawi” and his political entities is insists not to take part in the upcoming elections, despite governmental delegations’ attempts to dissuade him from the boycott decision. In the same context, “Abdul Latif” explained that the elections are going on because of the desire of the regional countries to hold them, noting that they will not be fair and will produce a poor government and parliament accused of corruption and fraud, attributing this to the uncontrolled weapon and its impact on the voter’s will, in addition to the use of money by the dominant powers in power during the elections.
