Iraq: A Girl was Killed in A Fire in Ashti IDP camp

In Ashti IDP camp, a fire broke out burning 4 tents and killing a child. Residents of the camp illustrated that an electrical fault ignited the fire in a tent. This was coupled with turbulent winds that fanned the flames and caused material losses. Fire fighting vehicles rushed into the place to extinguish the fire. It is worth mentioning that the camp houses 1821 families, most of which from Salah ad-Din Governorate along with Yazidis from Mosul
