Yemen: Taiz Wounded Citizens Organize a Sit-in to Demand their Financial Dues and Salaries
Tens of wounded citizens in Taiz organized a sit-in near the Civil Service Bureau to demand their salaries and financial dues. The government has cut off their salaries for months not to mention their compensations. From its part, the Association of wounded Taiz illustrated that the Ministry of Finance and the central bank insist on freezing governmental allocations for the wounded treatment worth of billion Yemeni rials (about 4 million dollars), which were assigned upon the request of the president and the head of the government.
