Iraq – An initiative to grow trees in honor of the Coronavirus victims

In a humanitarian gesture and honor to the Coronavirus victims, a villager from the Ranya town, Sulaymaniyah Governorate, Kurdistan Region, Iraq, planted a number of trees that is equal to the age of their dead relative, the tree plantation official in the region states that since the spike of Covid, people have planted trees for those who died with the virus, by specifying public parks to preserve the beauty of the environment and nature in the city, and the number of planted trees crossed a thousand trees.
