As Eid Al-Fitr Approaches, local authorities in Kurdistan resolved to allow markets to work up until late midnight. Thus, markets in Duhok are crowded with shoppers and are witnessing rising demand, unlike the last year that was marked with lockdowns and curfew after the outbreak of coronavirus. Citizens made it clear that they were able to purchase Eid’s necessities after the local authorities took the decision
