Baghdad – Battlefields where popular mobilization crowd fought – Iraq 19/5/2018

After the end of registration period of parliamentary candidates in the Iraqi elections planned on May 12, the features of the blocs and political parties participating in the Iraqi elections have become clear. Many coalitions of the popular mobilization crowd, including the Hezbollah battalions, will not participate in the political scene except for some independents individuals from the crowd, according to analysts who attributed the non-participation of Hezbollah battalions, formed after the fall of Baghdad in 2003, Coalitions of Fatah and al-Najba, for their preoccupation with internal issues and fighting armed groups.
