Iraq – Mosul citizens contribute in changing the reality of their city through participation in the electoral process

Mosul City Center – Iraq 13/5/2018

For the first time after the liberation of the city of Mosul from the control of ISIS organization, citizens participated in the elections and cast their votes in the Iraqi legislative elections to select representatives of their city in the Iraqi parliament, hoping to change their reality and work hard to rebuild their destroyed areas. The people expressed their happiness to participate and express their rights to vote and hoped for the return of the democratic process to the city again.
