Libya – ISIS claims responsibility for suicide attack on the headquarters of the Electoral Commission in Tripoli. (Exclusive scenes)
A’maq Agency, which belongs to ISIS, claimed responsibility for the suicide bombings that targeted the headquarters of the Higher National Electoral Commission in the Libyan capital Tripoli, which killed dozens and injured others, where two suicide bombers fired on the employees and security forces before they blew themselves up inside the headquarters. President of the Presidential Council of the Libyan Reconciliation Government, Fayez Al-Sarraj visited the bombing site accompanied by a number of security officials. Tripoli saw an unprecedented presence by security patrols after the explosion, in addition to tightening the security measures in the main ports of the city.
