Syria – Bali: “Beatles” members will be referred to justice

The Director of the Media Office of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Mustafa Bali, said that a group of counterterrorism units in their forces recently arrested the Sudanese British Shafie Sheikh and the British Ghanaian Alexander Kuti in the province of Raqqa, after the monitoring and follow-up by the Counterterrorism Unit on the calls made by the two members of the British Beatles as they tried to flee to Turkey. The beatles are known for their torture and killing of hostages, including US journalists and aid workers. Bali added that the defendants are subjected to procedural investigations common to all countries of the world before the case is referred to the judicial authorities to decide the terrorists fate after communicating with their countries of origin.
