Syria – Qamishli Christians celebrate Easter

Qamishli – Hasakeh – Syria 9/4/2018

In a different year since the beginning of the Syrian crisis, the Christians of Qamishli marched in large numbers to the city’s churches to celebrate Easter and to revive the rituals of this day by lighting candles and reading hymns in an atmosphere of love, happiness and joy.
