Al-Qubaytah – between Lahj and Taiz-Yemen 3/4/2018

Today, the Yemeni army forces managed to control several strategic positions in Al-Qubaytah front between Taiz and Lahj in southern Yemen, where the deputy spokesman for the army in the province of Taiz, Abdel Basset al-Bahr, confirmed that the Yemeni forces made significant progress, as it managed to control the strategic Mount of Jales, Najd Qafeel, and AL-Ka’bain. He also pointed out that these sites overlook most of areas of Al-Qubaytah, adding that the forces are preparing to start a military operation to liberate the city of Rahida south of the city of Taiz.
