Iraq – Kurdistan Regional Government achieved an important in solving the issue of employees’ salaries

The Council of Ministers of the Kurdistan region discussed during its meeting on Wednesday amendments to the savings system of the salaries of employees followed by the Government of the Territory since two years because of the financial crisis left by the budget allocations cuts by the Iraqi federal government, in addition to the decline in oil prices and the war against ISIS. The provincial government made adjustments to the salaries and reduced the saving proportions in salaries, as the deductions will be around 18 percent to 23 percent, while they previously were about 60 percent in some cases.
