Jordanian Foreign Minister praises military cooperation agreement with the United States during his press conference with John Kerry.
A press conference was held today in Amman between the American secretary of State, John Kerry and his Jordanian counterpart Naser Joudeh where Joudeh praised the United States support and the Military cooperation agreement signed between the two countries. Kerry met the Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas in his residence after the conference.
A press conference was held in the Jordanian capital between the American secretary of state “John Kerry” and the Jordanian minister of foreign affairs “Naser Joudeh” where Joudeh praised the United States support and the Military cooperation agreement signed between the two countries that are approved by the American congress. The agreement aims to increase economical and military aid of 275 million dollar to help Jordan with the burden of the Syrian refugees as well as military expertise exchange.
The American secretary of state confirmed that Armistice Agreement in Syria will come into effect soon and that the coalition is determined to defeat ISIS and Kerry also praised the Jordanian air forces and their raids against ISIS.
Kerry met with the Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas at his residence in Amman after the conference and they discussed ways to make peace between Palestine and Israel.
