Yemen – Shabwa’s Elite Forces continue to advance in Shabwa

Shabwa’s elite forces continues to advance with the support of the UAE forces to take full control of the province of Shabwa in southern Yemen and expel al-Qaeda members, where they took control of Wadi Mathab, Wadi Khammar in Msena’a area, after taking control over As Said District a few days ago. Leaders in Shabwa’s elite forces confirmed that Operation “Decisive Sword”, which was launched a week ago, achieved 90% of its objectives by controlling As Said Disrict and Msena’a, and expelling the remaining members of Al Qaeda.
