Iraq – Barzani: The budget share of the province does not cover the salaries of employees

The head KRG in Iraq, Nechirvan Barzani, expressed the regret and concern of his government with respect to annual budget that has no clear balance for the region, which is a form of a breach of the principle of working in partnership and compatibility previously agreed on. He explained that the share of the region, which has been approved does not cover the salaries of government employees, he also pointed out that there will be meetings with the Kurdish political parties to discuss the problem of breach of the constitutional rights of the region in the federal budget.
