Yemen – Curriculum amendments cast a shadow over the social fabric

The struggle between the factions in Yemen is no longer limited to fighting, but rather extended to include the intellectual and cultural side to consolidate concepts that serve the current political situation. The Houthis recently resorted to targeting schoolchildren in Sana’a by changing and modifying some of the curricula, which negatively affect the environment and social fabric in Yemeni as they adopted sectarianism through attacking some parties and inviting children and their families to fight the Yemeni government, as confirmed by educators.
