USA – The Mardi Gras Festival held for the first time in Washington

Washington D.C. – USA 2018/2/15 

The annual “Mardi Gras” festival, usually held in the state of New Orleans, took place in Washington DC for the first time. Carnival participants wore garishly masquerade costumes and danced in the streets under the sky decorated with fireworks.
