Syria – International coalition targets Syrian regime’s forces in Deir Al-Zour

The US-led coalition forces launched air strikes against the positions and points of concentration of forces loyal to the Syrian regime in Deir Al-Zour province on Thursday, in response to an unjustified attack on the areas controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces on the Eastern line of the Euphrates River. The International Alliance announced in an official statement that it “carried out strikes against the attacking forces in defense of the international coalition and its partner forces in response to the aggressive action that targeted the international coalition during their war against ISIS.
