Libya – Ibn Sina Hospital suffers from poor capabilities

Despite the poor capabilities of the facilities in Ibn Sina hospital in Sirte, it provides many medical services to the Libyan citizen inside the city. The hospital also transfers the large operations that can be performed inside it to specialized centers in Misurata and other Libyan cities.
